Carry out scheduled maintenance program (preventive, predictive, repair, corrective and replacement)and other work assignments as per Customer's approved SOPs and organization’s safety and qualityrequirements for the Process Equipment Engineering Project.
•Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM,Qualification, repairs)
•Provide 1st level service support limited to specified utilities related to Process Equipment EngineeringProject, which include water systems, compressed air and vacuum, to maintain them within operatinglevel and tolerance.
•Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in thisprogram.
•Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by LaboratoryEnd Users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
