Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

  • Work alongside with the Authority to plan, communicate and execute events to meet the Authority’s objective and goals (including but not limited to co-ordinating and implementing VVIP visits, corporate events, recreational games programmes, conducting employee surveys and focus group discussions to understand employee’s FM needs and achieve sustainability goals for Authority (e.g. reduce waste, improve recycling, save energy and water etc., etc)
  • Curate a welcoming and collaborative community environment that supports an inclusive culture for our employees;
  • Develop creative, engaging and original contents, campaigns, initiatives, and programmes to create a flexible, sustainable, productive and joyful workplace;
  • Plan and manage the LED Video Wall and Display Strip content to keep them relevant and engaging;
  • Analyse data, survey & poll results to build and improve campaign or programme strategies to cultivate and grow participation;
  • Evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact to ensure they remain relevant and continue to deliver value to our employee community;
  • Monitor and optimise community and staff engagements;
  • Curate and gather participation in new outreach opportunities to increase awareness in green and sustainability efforts in Authority (e.g. e.g. reduce waste, improve recycling, save energy and water etc.);
  • Support and guide our employee community on how to use our amenities to help them maximise their productivity in the workplace;
  • Plan and propose Games Programme for the recreational spaces in the Premises regularly;
  • Crafting responses to feedbacks;
  • Support the team by curating communication materials to Authority’s employees such as notices, signages, stickers, updates and others;
  • Design and develop eDMs, posters, and other marketing collaterals;
  • Responsible for building, growing and managing the Authority's community event and engaging with employees through platforms such as social media and live events;
  • Support with stakeholder management as and when required by the Authority (e.g. office relocation, etc); and
  • Any other marketing, event management, public relations tasks when required by the Authority.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field from a recognised tertiary establishment
  • At least three (3) years relevant working experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications abilities due to the need to regularly interact and build relationship with employees
