Job description as follow:
1.) Management of firm's registered office clients and liaising with the clients on the collection of their mails.
2.) Assisting in office administrative tasks such as arrangement of mail and couriers, directing of phone calls, arranging meetings with Microsoft calendar for a firm's director.
3.) Assisting in the preparation of client due diligence form of the company secretary department.
4.) Monitoring and replenishment of office pantries
5.) Obtaining quotation for office related expenses (e.g. Cleaning services etc.)
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience in office management would be an added advantage
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes
- Team player with good communication skills
- Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred
