Responsibilities:
- Maintenance support for messaging system including MS Exchange Online/Exchange 2016 (Hybrid)/Email Security Gateways/Fax and SMS technologies.
- Provide hands-on support of Microsoft 365 technologies, such as SharePoint, Teams, M365 apps and any related technologies the organization may involve.
- Troubleshoot and resolve varying levels of technical issues, from network to application layer.
- Support Windows Server OS upgrade activity for on prem messaging servers hosting NetLynx SMS Gateway/GFI Fax Gateway/Exchange 2016 (Hybrid)
- Conduct due diligence, work out change plans (implementation/roll back/test), communicate and execute the plans.
- Work with stakeholders to optimize usage and adoption of Microsoft O365 solutions.
- On-call rotation for escalations from service desk.
Skillset (Must have)
- Experience with administration of messaging system including MS Exchange Online/Exchange 2016 (Hybrid)/Email Security Gateways/Fax and SMS technologies.
- Good understanding in firewall, internet proxy and networking technology, MS Azure (Enterprise Application), MS Azure (Conditional Access).
- Strong knowledge of M365 services/capabilities.
- Administration experience in an enterprise IT environment, having performed operational and break/fix activity.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Good team player who is keen to learn and able to work independently.
Skillset good to have:
- Good understanding in Azure technologies
