- Lead project teams in various aspects of design, supervision, and management across diverse projects.
- Establish and nurture contacts while presenting architectural designs to clients, playing a pivotal role in client engagement.
- Strategize and target specific markets, clients, and project opportunities through active participation in business development meetings.
- Spearhead architectural design competitions by leading teams and fostering innovation.
- Administer contracts for construction projects to ensure adherence to design intent and compliance with building codes, overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Accumulate 10 years of experience in the field, preferably with local diverse project exposure (e.g. healthcare, commercial, etc.).
- Registered Architect under Singapore Board of Architects (BOA), proficient in BIM, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and proactive attitude.
- Demonstrate meticulousness and effective organizational skills.
