- Participate in business development meetings focused on identifying specific markets, clients, and project prospects.
- Lead project teams, providing design and technical expertise in architectural matters, while developing conceptual designs for architecture and master plans, generating Schematic Design & Design Development packages, and enhancing designs in coordination with Schematic design.
- Execute Design Development on both new and ongoing projects, collaborating with subconsultants for Schematic Design & Design Development packages, and coordinating designs including plans and elevations with project and submission architects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, present design proposals, and create collateral materials for business development purposes.
- Provide guidance to team members for optimized design solutions meeting clients' needs and communicate project-relevant matters with clients.
- Negotiate design requirements and construction progress with contractors and supervise on-site progress to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve arising issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to ensure compliance with necessary standards and manage and/or oversee the design of 3 - 4 projects simultaneously.
- Potentially assume roles of Project Director (PD) or Project Lead (PL), involving responsibilities such as project profit and loss (P&L) management and resource planning.
- Master’s degree in architecture.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience; candidates with prior exposure to healthcare projects are preferred.
- Registered Architect under Singapore Board of Architects (BOA).
