We are looking for a Strategy and Planning Manager, to join our Strategy & Planning team which specializes in country marketing & growth strategy. The Strategy and Planning Manager will combine deep analytical skills, exceptional strategic thinking and superior organization/project management capabilities to help the regional marketing team analyze, improve and execute growth strategies across the region. This includes regular reviews of incentive and pricing ROI, subscriptions performance, performance marketing efficiency, and brand media impact in order to build a cohesive view of issues and opportunities in each market. You will also be responsible for budgeting and will be a key partner to finance in order to manage and optimize the budgeting process, including planning of annual budgets and operationalisation of any changes that happen within the year. Finally, you have the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and possess excellent communication skills in order to clearly convey ideas and influence top management.

  • Weekly performance management on key topline KPIs and OKRs in order to analyse issues/opportunities and recommend action plans to each market on how to course correct

  • Monthly Performance Reviews with analysis of incentives campaigns, pricing, subscriptions, performance marketing and brand media

  • Quarterly market level deep dives to provide a comprehensive 360 view of what’s working/not across all marketing channels in order to unlock growth opportunities

  • Strategic thought partner to local teams on how to drive growth, including sharing of case studies across the region to scale best practices

  • Manage OKRs including monthly performance management, analysis of trends and re-modelling of targets once per quarter

  • Build projects to drive OKRs, leveraging on other cross-functional teams within regional marketing

  • Identity and lead process improvement opportunities on measurement and tracking of performance

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regional and local teams to influence any changes in strategy and drive growth in the region
