Location:Jln Senyum, Near Kembangan mrt
Working Days: 6 days (off weekday)
Working Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: $1,900 - $2,100
Roles & Responsibilities
- With Class 3 Driving Licence – to drive Volunteers for meetings and errands
- Assist in Temple's and Memorial Hall's daily operations
- Support events organized by the Temple (Vesak, Qing Ming & Ullambana Festival)
- Attend to customers’ enquiries
- Other general / ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Able to work 6-day’s week (including weekends and public holidays)
Working Days: 5.5 days [Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 1pm]
Salary: SGD 1,800 - $2000
Location: Serangoon Road (Near to Farrer Park MRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Front line patient services by performing the functions of registration, cashiering, and handling enquiries
- Provide assistance to the Doctor during consultations
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Assist in minor procedures
- Process invoice and payment collection
- Booking of referral appointments
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Perform basic triage
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
