Job Summary:
- Gross Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain clients' accounts obtained from the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of client needs
- Collaborate internally to develop and implement customized strategies to enhance client retention and engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication to resolve client’s issues and concerns
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their staffing requirements and identify opportunities to add value with additional services
- Collecting and analyzing client feedback, and working with internal teams to continuously improve our services and address any areas of improvements
- You will play a vital role in overseeing and cultivating client relationships
Requirements:
- CEI (Basic) with EFMA and MDW preferred
- Strong passion for recruitment and sales-driven
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
