Main responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be on boarded as a co-trainer
- Logistic support (email, invitation follow-up, catering…)
- Preparation and setup of the cohorts
- Co-facilitate the boot camp
- Execute the follow up of each cohort
- Participate to the co-creation and structuration of the knowledge base (English and French if possible)
The position requires autonomy and reliability on the facilitation part, and a good practice of group dynamic facilitation in an IT multicultural context. Experience around IT management and ability to share experiences stories will be required.
As part of I&E, you will be also involved in some other activities of the department, so you can also express your talent there.
If your workload allow it, you will be able to contribute transversally to multiple initiatives on events, internal program for some other departments…
Qualifications and Profile
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in facilitation / Teaching and stakeholder management is required for this position.

• Agility from the culture perspective and not just on the process part
• Group dynamic and engagement
• Storytelling technics
Have also experience in-group facilitation and comfortable with:
- Liberating structures
- Co-design technics & facilitation technics (i.e.: Appreciative Inquiry, Technology of Participation, Thiagy, MG Taylor, art of hosting, Teaching from the back of the room…)
- Multi-cultural context is a plus as we have more than 20 nationalities in our work environment.
Technical
- Knowledge around “Knowledge Management”
- Wiki like Confluence, Structuration in Microsoft SharePoint
