Job Description:
As a Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing ATE test solutions for IC manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing ATE test solutions for final test and/or wafer sort products, ensuring conformity to device electrical test specifications.
- Developing hardware and software solutions to enable IC testing, encompassing test program development, hardware development, and tester and multisite conversion.
- Conducting test time reduction activities, supporting engineering evaluations, and performing administrative tasks to facilitate test development.
- Supporting the hardware and software bring-up, debugging, and improvement of ATE IC testing.
- Engaging in engineering qualification, correlation, device characterization, and dry run activities with minimal supervision.
- Analyzing data and generating reports for engineering qualification, correlation, device characterization, and dry run purposes.
- Contributing to cost reduction projects such as tester and multisite conversion, program optimization, and yield improvement.
- Ensuring the seamless release of products from the engineering phase to mass production.
- Executing administrative tasks to support the test development team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics and/or Electrical.
- 2 years of experience working with Teradyne (ETS, UltraFlex, J750) and Advantest (V93K) testers.
- Familiarity with semiconductor ICs, test methodologies, and the test development process.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, VB/VBA, LabVIEW, and scripting.
- Experience in hardware design and software development is advantageous.
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting is beneficial.
