Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information to support the sales process.
- Maintain and update customer databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate order processing and delivery.
- Assist in planning and coordinating E-commerce sales events, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
