Admin Assistant (Sales Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information to support the sales process.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating E-commerce sales events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
