Office Manager (Finance & HR Support)
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Timing: 9am-6pm
Working Location: Beside Telok Ayer MRT
Starting Salary: 4000-5500 Max
Job Description:
- Liaise with external stakeholders for financial and administrative related matters in Singapore and in the other countries in APAC where our organization operate.
- Support in the invoice payments
- Liaising with company secretarial in preparation of director resolutions, Annual Returns, Annual General Meetings etc in APAC
- Manage in conjunction with the CEO the office administration in Singapore and the other countries in the APAC region.
- Manage procurement of general office supplies, leasing of equipment and upkeep of office facilities and making contingency plans to avoid disruption to office services.
- Liaise with building managements.
- Workplace safety management including fire regulations, first aid etc.
- Serve as central point of contact for IT and real estate matters.
- Oversee the implementation of benefits administration including policies, workmen compensation and medical plans.
- Initiate and lead the company events
- Support HR functions, prepare HR related letters and other correspondences as and when required
- Handle HR functionality including employee data management and payroll according to Singapore Employment Act.
- Handle work permit applications.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Min. 15 years of working experience in Finance / accounting + administration.
- Solid knowledge and application skills in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Corporate Income Tax Act, GST Act and Employment Act.
- With IT knowledge is a plus
- Able to work in fast paced environment
