Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales technical support for audio visual products and systems.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess technical requirements and provide recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio visual systems.
- Assist in the configuration, installation, and calibration of audio visual equipment.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in post-sales technical support for audio visual products is preferred.
- Prior experience in automation programming will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audio-visual systems and equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
