What you will do:
We are seeking an Associate for the Equity Private Placements team, who will assist in coverage and build out of our growth equity investor network and partner with clients seeking to raise private capital. You will:
- Work closely with senior sector and product bankers in the origination and execution of private capital raise mandates
- Be responsible for managing day-to-day fundraising transaction processes, including the conducting of investor outreach and facilitation of due diligence processes
- Play a key role in maintaining and growing investor client relationships across APAC
- Stay up to date with industry trends and help to drive client marketing and origination support materials
What we are looking for:
We are looking for exceptional talent from banking or related fields to join us. The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investor relations, investment banking, or a related field
- Minimum 3 year’s experience with assessment and execution of venture capital, growth equity, fundraising or M&A transactions.
- Experience in managing regional projects and broad interest across different sectors and geographies in APAC
- Excellent written and oral communication
- A highly driven, team player able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong network of private and public funds including institutional investors, growth equity / venture capital firms and family offices preferred
