Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and closing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
· Understand the company's products and services thoroughly.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
· Negotiate and close sales deals.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Provide excellent customer service and support.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
· Report sales activities and performance to management.
· Collaborate with marketing and customer service departments.
· Monitor customers' credit facilities for prompt payments.
· Handle customer complaints and quality issues.
· Oversee and achieve monthly revenue targets.
· Analyze sales reports and execute necessary actions.
· Visit retailers, take orders, and promote additional items.
· Update customer order data and introduce new products.
· Actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels.
· Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
· Participate in roadshows and events.
· Perform delivery duties if necessary.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a sales role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong work ethic and sales passion.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of market research and sales principles.
