Job Description
- Regularly inspect properties to assess maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or improvements as necessary.
- Oversee routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the property remains in good condition and complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer lease agreements, including the negotiation and renewal of leases as required.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions, including rental payments and property usage.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn,
