Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth execution of all projects, ensuring proper planning, control, and execution.
- Arrange, schedule, manage, and execute out project tasks in a timely manner while guaranteeing adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Create monthly project status reports.
- Attend to site meetings regularly.
- Work closely with the project manager, procurement and construction manager
- Manage documentation for submission.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or it’s equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role, preferably in building construction industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
