The ideal candidate is a self-starter, craves knowledge and finds joy in sharing ideas. The candidate would be responsible for finding creative solutions that fits into project requirements and is proactive in technical learning and executions. The candidate will report to the Systems Application Manager.
· Attending client meetings to ascertain the technical requirements.
· Assist the sales team in designing and development of high-end audio-visual collaboration solutions utilizing the latest control system, video conferencing, unified communications, and video streaming solutions.
· Support the sales team in tender participation as the technical expert. This would include specifying, designing, and proposing of appropriate solutions, and attending tender interviews taking charge of technical queries.
· Conduct product & solution demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our UC and AV solutions.
· Provision of functional system drawing for audio, video, control, and unified communication systems.
· Providing ongoing technical system support to the engineering team.
· Designing, developing, and maintaining audiovisual software applications using platforms such as Q-Sys, Crestron, Extron, and Kramer. Strong background in programming and software development, with expertise in AV programming technologies.
