Job Description:
You will join a group of highly energized solution engineers, reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success, in providing presales and postsales services to our clients located around the globe. You can expect to develop your skills and career experience in working with talented individuals and clients internationally.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in both the presales and post-sales stages of the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions and support. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
1) Presales Duties:
- Support our sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Assist in delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Demonstrate the capabilities, values and benefits of our products.
- Respond to technical queries and RFPs (Request for Proposals) from potential clients.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of our products and solutions.
2) Postsales Duties:
- Work with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of our SaaS solutions for new clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future product development and improvements.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by addressing their technical questions and concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience (internships or part-time roles included) in a technical role, preferably in presales, system delivery, technical support, or a related field. Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of SaaS solutions, and software development principles. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and blockchain technologies is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Skills Improvement: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with customer-facing roles, such as technical support or customer success.
- Familiarity with SaaS-related, Financial-related or Blockchain-related softwares and other sales enablement tools.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Ali Cloud).
