  • Working Location: 21 Tai Seng (HQ)
  • Working Hours: 8am to 5pm/8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm (flexible)
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Salary Range:$2,000-$2,300

Responsibilities:

Account Payable (AP)

  • Process vendor invoices, petty cash reimbursement, perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
  • Attend and respond to accounts payable related esquires and matters.

Account Payable (AR)

  • Monitor and manage customer invoicing and receipts
  • Verification of assigned outlets sales records
  • Follow up on outstanding payment
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and reconciling issue

Adhoc Duties

  • Provide support in various adhoc projects and tasks
  • Assist in stock take
  • Assist in Audit queries
  • Any other duties as assigned by Head of Finance
