Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and manage data related to construction operations and administrative tasks.
Trip Ticket Management:
- Count and verify vehicle trip tickets for monthly billing purposes.
- Ensure all trip tickets are accurately recorded and reconciled with billing statements.
Procurement:
- Assist in the procurement of construction materials, and other necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Inventory Management:
- Perform simple inventory stock-taking and manage the replenishment of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of necessary items.
Vehicle and Equipment Management:
- Arrange for the servicing of vehicles and excavators.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Update all types of machinery meter hours and mileages to prepare for servicing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma Certificate.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external personnel.
- Excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to verify and reconcile data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
