Operation Admin

Peng Chuan Engineering Construction Pte. Ltd.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5 Days Work Week
Location: Tagore Industrial Ave


Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and manage data related to construction operations and administrative tasks.

Trip Ticket Management:

  • Count and verify vehicle trip tickets for monthly billing purposes.
  • Ensure all trip tickets are accurately recorded and reconciled with billing statements.

Procurement:

  • Assist in the procurement of construction materials, and other necessary supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Inventory Management:

  • Perform simple inventory stock-taking and manage the replenishment of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of necessary items.

Vehicle and Equipment Management:

  • Arrange for the servicing of vehicles and excavators.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
  • Update all types of machinery meter hours and mileages to prepare for servicing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma Certificate.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external personnel.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to verify and reconcile data accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
