WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Communicate directly with clients serving as the primary day-to-day contact
2. Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client success
3. Lead our account teams in ongoing social media and digital projects
4. Strategise, plan content calendars, and develop social media content, including copywriting captions, storyboarding, scripting reels, filming, and post-video editing.
5. Work closely with creative team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
6. Manage community interactions by responding to customer queries and escalating issues appropriately on clients’ social media pages
7. Create and manage monthly reports to derive actionable insights
8. Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on social media developments and tools
9. Support in new business proposals
10. Other administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED
· A degree and diploma in any subject is acceptable
· Min. 2 years of experience in digital or social media marketing industry
· Good command of English and ability to copywrite for social media purposes
· Attention to detail - proofreading, editing and quality control of content from others
· Ability to create social media content and perform design editing using software such as Canva and Capcut
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
