Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information about our mattress products and features.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offer personalized recommendations to help them find the best mattress for their requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of different mattress types, materials, and brands to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of mattresses.
- Assist customers with the selection process by providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, regularly restocking inventory and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
