Job Description
- Client and Portfolio analyst with 4+ years in InvBlackrock Aladdin, IRIS, and have good experience in dealing with Fact Set, Bloomberg, Refinitiv up various financial asset classes in the system based on requests from different desks and understanding client needs for specific funds and index securities.
- You will perform daily reviews of team tasks for accuracy and precision, monitor the mailbox for different alert and request mails and set up valid securities in the system.
- Your responsibilities also include mapping securities in internal and external systems for end-to-end data quality, researching and resolving problems with consideration for downstream impact and maintaining a high level of quality in daily activities. You should be proficient in using bulk up-loaders and macro-enabled loaders for creating bulk requests.
- You will handle queries and system exceptions related to held securities and resolve instrument setup issues that impact downstream applications.
- You will provide training to team members and new joiners, helping them understand their roles in the organizations and ensure the procedural guidelines authorize dergers, and deactivations within specific timelines.
- You will ensure requests are only received from authorized sources and are clearly understood prior to action.
- You will ensure that all static/reference data is accurately maintained on the system post performing quality checks and ensure the procedural guidelinesauthorizedwed with supporting documentation validated prior to action.

Skills and Competencies
- 4+ years in Investment/Asset management domain
- Hands on experience in the below tools/applications : Market MEDM, Blackrock Aladdin, IRIS, and have good experience in dealing with Fact Set, Bloomberg, Refinitiv
