Marketing and Account Manager will be in charge of supervising and managing our company's daily operations. Ensuring seamless and effective operations for the organization, together with meeting customer expectations and strategic goals, is the primary objective.
will be involved in organizing and planning a variety of operational tasks, including resource allocation, production, inventory control, and quality assurance. will evaluate procedures and pinpoint opportunities for development, putting plans into action to maximize effectiveness, cut expenses, and boost output. Furthermore, operations managers frequently have a significant impact on the management of connections with vendors, suppliers, and other outside stakeholders. In order to promote continuous improvement, the operations manager will also be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing operational performance, and making data-driven choices.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.
2. Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those market.
3. Increasing brand awareness and market share.
4. Create timely and accurate financial statements, such as cash flow, balance sheet, and income statements.
5. Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
6. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
7. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
