Responsibilities
- To assist Project Manger to do the documentations including site progress report
- Raise production order form to factory and follow up with them for delivery schedule, etc.
- Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc, if necessary
- Fully incharge of private job including placing of materials order, raising of production order, arranging of delivery and manpower for installations
- ISO documentations
Requirement
- 1 year construction or furniture related experience
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
