Responsibilities:
- Develop and align procurement strategies with organizational goals and market dynamics.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for optimal transactions and industry insights.
- Establish procurement targets and KPIs aligned with business strategies.
- Develop selection criteria and processes for potential suppliers.
- Implement robust audit procedures to mitigate procurement risks and ensure compliance.
- Enforce compliance with legal and ethical procurement standards, including sustainability initiatives.
- Leverage technological advancements drive productivity and innovation.
- Innovate current processes through feedback loops and collaboration with users and vendors.
- Establish vendor proposal criteria aligned with organizational needs and quality standards.
- Lead vendor sourcing efforts to meet procurement requirements.
- Identify and endorse vendors for negotiations based on selection criteria.
- Negotiate contract terms with preferred vendors.
- Forecast inventory based on business needs and market trends.
- Authorize payments to vendors after verifications and reconciliations.
- Prepare contracts to meet evolving procurement needs and quality standards.
- Lead financial budgeting for the department.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience and 2 years of Managerial role.
- Competent skills in Financial Planning and Budgeting.
