Job Descriptions:
- Independently manage projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project operations, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters.
- Ensure project completion aligns with scheduled dates.
- Maintain cost and quality control of projects.
- Ensure construction teams and subcontractors comply with safety, environmental, and other relevant legislation and contract requirements.
- Exhibit good communication skills, interacting effectively with people at all levels and fostering teamwork.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with building plan submission procedures and approvals.
- Proven management abilities and relevant experience in the field.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 license is advantageous (Not a must).
