Job description
The Marketing Manager - APAC will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication and marketing initiatives in key markets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the APAC market.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the region.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Content Development: Create compelling marketing content in English and Chinese for various platforms, including digital (ex. websites,) print, and social media.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, track their performance, and optimize based on data insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
- This role is based in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates need to have legal authorization to work
- Excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Advanced knowledge of current market trends
- Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Hubspot, Zoho, and Hootsuites
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
- BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Must be Knowledgeable with social media ads, such as Telegram, Line, WeChat, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
- Must have an understanding of SEO with technology.
- Must be able to read/write and communicate in Mandarin
