Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage business plans, models and strategies for the development of market in territory in charge.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably from industrial equipment/ heavy equipment industry.
