- Identify and qualify reliable suppliers who can meet the company's specific needs for high-precision materials, components, and equipment.
- Research market trends, pricing structures, and potential new suppliers to ensure access to the best options.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and collaborative partnerships.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms with suppliers, considering factors like quality, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable payment terms with suppliers to reduce procurement costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the procurement process, considering factors like material substitutions, volume discounts, or alternative sourcing options.
- Analyze procurement data and identify areas for continuous improvement in cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec in any related field
- Min 2 yrs experience in procurement with Manufacturing companies
- Competent skills in Costing and Budgeting.
