Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth, and forging strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance our market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies and objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- More than 3 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
