Position Summary
To assist the department to manage the quality assurance function and achieve customer’s
satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure all processes and procedures comply to Customer's Standards and GMP requirements.
• Lead and Drive Quality Awareness for team in WH/PA with plans.
• Lead and Drive for Quality Improvement and Root Cause Investigation for NCR/Customer Complaints to improve KPI performance.
• Lead GMP & GDP Audits for Production Assembly and Warehouse.
• Provide Quality Trainings for new/existing employees.
• Maintain the documentation of and conduct site training for all assigned SOP and WI.
• Maintain a detailed training plan for all staff and ensure that training is completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all relevant SOPs and WIs are adhered in assigned operations.
• Identify issues in efficiency and work on improvements.
• Staff performance management
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Preparation of various reports (KPI, GMP & GDP, etc)
• Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
• Experience in ISO9001/GMP system.
• Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO audits.
• At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
Education:
• Diploma or degree within relevant field or similar working experience.
