Job Description
● Working under the leadership of the Manager.
● Required to take instructions and orders from the Manager.
● Manage the Customer Service queries and provide solutions accordingly.
● Analysis of customer requirements and discussion with the internal team
● Assist the company in a few various current or upcoming projects.
● Maintain all platforms together with the Manager and complete most of the relevant tasks for the company.
Requirements:
● Relevant customer service working experience will be an added credit for this job.
● Strong communication skills and quick thinking are what we are looking for.
● Being able to work independently and also cooperate with the team is a skill that we are looking for.
● Knowledge of similar Microsoft excel and relevant programs.
● Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
