- Monitor closely on every production process which include production and productivity, mine out schedule, hauling road maintenance, fuel usage and quality, blasting, survey vs truck count, disposal distance, idling time based on care track.
- Daily monitoring of employee OT hours, RO plan, attendance, discipline with a daily target of 85% working units running with sufficient manpower.
- Responsible for all workshop and warehouse issues, including spare parts usage, preventive maintenance and servicing, drilling machine, human error investigation report.
- Ensure general affairs are in good conditions. E.g. Facilities cleanliness, kitchen cleanliness, air-con and water system maintenance.
- Ensure coal quality are maintained in acceptable range.
- Conduct meeting with teams to discuss issue and find solution on problems faced and process improvement.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
