Overall Purpose:
The Senior Manager will support the SE Asia Centre's operations, drive recruitment and revenue initiatives, and build corporate relations to expand postgraduate and executive education programs. This role is vital for the Centre's growth and mission of delivering quality education in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans for efficient and effective operations between Singapore, Malaysia and regional locations.
- Create and execute strategies to boost student recruitment for postgraduate and executive programs.
- Implement marketing initiatives and form partnerships to increase revenue.
- Use digital marketing and targeted campaigns to reach potential students.
- Forge partnerships with industry stakeholders for diversified revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and educational institutions.
- Identify collaboration opportunities to enhance the Centre’s reputation and influence.
- Foster relationships through events and online platforms.
- Gather alumni feedback and use their credibility to promote programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for program expansion.
- Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement of offerings.
- Lead targeted outreach activities to attract prospective students and companies.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Use alumni events and platforms to gather feedback and drive program participation.
- Ensure coordination with department heads and staff to align with university policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong experience in higher education administration or related field, with a successful track record in recruitment and revenue targets.
- Experience in managing corporate relations and adult education, with familiarity in Asian markets.
- Established contacts in the education sector or relevant industries.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
