Inventory / Procurement Executive
We are a young & dynamic team looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals like us! In your role, you will collaborate with team members across the organization and work with external parties as well.
Specifically, this role will require you to:
· Source and negotiate with suppliers.
· Ensure timely and accurate purchase orders.
· Monitor and forecast inventory needs.
· Conduct inventory audits and manage stock levels.
· Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor budgets.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
· Align procurement with business goals and communicate with internal teams and suppliers.

Requirements
· Diploma in a related field preferred.
· Experience in procurement and inventory management.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in relevant software.
