HR Payroll cum Admin

Job Scope:

  • ·Manage onboarding/off-boarding, exit interviews
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation (Employment Contracts, HR-related letters Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion, etc.
  • Handling MOM matters including work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor foreign worker quotas etc
  • Handle all government-related matters such as CPF, surveys, tax clearance
  • Handling insurance-related claims
  • Handle payroll processing ensuring timely payments
  • Support the employee life-cycle process, from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Source and organize training programs and liaise with industry trainers
  • Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, confirmations)
  • Record and monitor employee leave
  • Updating foreign workers' residential addresses in MOM records (OFWAS)
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and MOM regulation
  • Support disciplinary and administrative HR processes
  • Address HR inquiries and communicate with employees
  • Managing workers’ welfare including uniforms, safety shoes etc

Skills & Competencies:

  • Min. 2 years experience in similar role
  • Experience with Infotech is an added advantage
  • Multitasking & ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Able to commence immediately or within short noticeThis role is only open to Singaporean and PR
