Job Scope:
- ·Manage onboarding/off-boarding, exit interviews
- Maintain accurate HR documentation (Employment Contracts, HR-related letters Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion, etc.
- Handling MOM matters including work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor foreign worker quotas etc
- Handle all government-related matters such as CPF, surveys, tax clearance
- Handling insurance-related claims
- Handle payroll processing ensuring timely payments
- Support the employee life-cycle process, from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Source and organize training programs and liaise with industry trainers
- Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, confirmations)
- Record and monitor employee leave
- Updating foreign workers' residential addresses in MOM records (OFWAS)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and MOM regulation
- Support disciplinary and administrative HR processes
- Address HR inquiries and communicate with employees
- Managing workers’ welfare including uniforms, safety shoes etc
Skills & Competencies:
- Min. 2 years experience in similar role
- Experience with Infotech is an added advantage
- Multitasking & ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to commence immediately or within short noticeThis role is only open to Singaporean and PR
