Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite Systems and Network support to clients on daily operations.
- Manage and resolve daily raised tickets on the floor.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Operating System platform with Microsoft Exchange support.
- Provide Wide Area Network support including the ability to manage and troubleshoot problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Printers etc.
- Provide daily service reports at the client’s site upon work completion.
- To provide / update Systems and Network Audit documentation.
- To provide recommendations to clients’ network infrastructure on upgrades or tech refresh based on documentation compilation.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/ Communications/ Electronics Engineering/ majoring network and systems communications technologies preferred.
- Good experience/ knowledge in the following:
- Active Directory, Network/ Security administration and configuration (CCNA/CCNP/ MCSE preferred)
- Well-versed and capable in implementation and design for VMWare, Hyper-V environment.
- Minimum to have 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
- Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customer problems, from start to resolution
- Independent personality and versatile as a good team player when working on projects within a team.
- Able to work ad-hoc extended hours on Network/ Server Setup/ Migration deployment projects.
