Main Responsibilities:
- Be the champion for information systems relating to: sell-in and sell-out data, joint business planning process, value chain consolidation and analysis, demand planning and inventory level versus sales forecast, daily sales reports and country information files; to ensure high quality standards, and to be able to generate value adding insights leading to sales growth and/or cost savings.
- Further improve and implement an enhanced information system to systematically monitor sales status of distributors. i.e. incoming shipments, sell-in and sell-out data, and sales/marketing activities to analyze, understand and deliver actionable insights for the sales team to ensure a high degree of planning accuracy.
- Work closely with the Area Business Development Coordinator based in HQ.
- Provide analytical support (i.e. sales trend analysis, promotional ROI’s, etc) when necessary.
- Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc tasks/projects when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of proving recommendations, insights and solutions by harnessing, processing and analyzing raw data
- Strong commercial acumen
- Driven by being able to contribute to sales growth with value adding initiatives
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical and effective problem solver
- Advanced Excel and computational systems skills
- Meticulous and organized in nature
- Able to work independently and navigate complex scenarios with guidance
