Role and Responsibilities:
· Define Project Scope, develop comprehensive project plan, managing schedule, monitor and track the progress, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
· Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion
· Reviewing in collaboration with the Client and Project Team, the adequacy of the development plan
· Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions
· Monitoring all necessary applications for planning and building approvals with government bodies
· Risk management - identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability
· Lead project teams, manage resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
· Manage resources such as construction materials, construction workers and equipment
· Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team
· Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
· Maintain health and safety standards
· Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management
· Other duties as assign by the company from time to time
Requirement:
· Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management.
· At least 5 years of on-site management experience is required, and can independently manage the construction site.
· Proven track record in Project management in construction industry.
· Good communication skills, leadership, customer orientated.
· With problem solving skill and able to multitask
· Proficient with Microsoft Office / AutoCAD (View)
