In this critical business supporting role, you will be one of the key marketing contacts for various nicotine deliver products. These products include traditional cigarettes, vaping, heat-not-burn and other innovations etc. The focus will be on project management and developing all the creative work required with the in-house creative team with the support from other departments.
Part B: Responsibilities and Duties
- In charge of managing the creative work development, including project management, timelines and tracking based on brand business needs and local regulations.
- Work closely with in-house Creative Team to develop creative work such as packaging design, device packaging, user guides, POSM, tradeshows, websites, and sell-in kits for sales team etc.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders as part of project management to ensure timely delivery within the given budget, alignment, and transparent information sharing. Key stakeholders include Sales, Product Development, Legal, Creative, Business Development, Sourcing, and external suppliers etc.)
- Planning & execution of tradeshows, including trade show selection, activations, external supplier management
- Prepare relevant docs/ forms/ reports to request and track marketing activities.
- Support the planning of websites, digital campaign, e-commerce, and LinkedIn etc.
- Call centre set-up and maintenance for selected brands
Part C: Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience in marketing, brand management or creative agency.
- Project management skills and worked with external creative team or worked within creative agency.
- Experience in tobacco industry will be advantageous (and alcohol), but minimum requirement is experience in the FMCG industry.
