Job Overview:
The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy of AWHL. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive digital transformation across the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. The CDO will lead the digital initiatives, including the development of digital products, services, and processes, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives.
- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital professionals, ensuring continuous development and high performance.
- Innovation and Transformation: Drive digital innovation and transformation initiatives across the organization to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced capabilities.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey through the implementation of advanced digital solutions and tools.
- Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure performance, and optimize digital initiatives.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to drive digital initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital transformation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to AI, IoT, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about enhancing customer experience through digital innovation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Technology development and Digital Innovation.
