Job Description
- Manage transactions with customers using POS system
- Collect payments in cash or cashless mode
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Requirements:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Tech savvy
- Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
- Allowances provided
