Roles and Responsibilities
· Perform visual and functional checks on Swagelok products on site as requested by clients.
· Provide site supervision on contractors for proper installation of Swagelok products.
· Execute service contracts that sales department has accepted.
· Handle trouble shooting on Swagelok products on site and identify any leaking or faulty installation of Swagelok components (Swagelok product training will be provided)
· Communicate with workers on site and supervise their tasks.
· Present on improvement plans that generate pull through of product sales.
· Work closely with Sales to promote on-site services contracts.
· Provide both technical and market insight support to sales department for Oil & Gas market and mechanical packages.
· Involved to analyse on-site issues and coordinate with sales department to come out with a solution to resolve the matters.
· To lead and drive the field services business in Singapore, Philippines, and Brunei.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrument / Mechanical engineering or strong science/technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant onsite sales experience in instrumentation or process industry.
- Ability to solve complex problems and complete multiple projects using problem solving methods to make sound engineering decisions.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), QuickBooks/SAP B1 and ability to learn business systems and other software platforms as required
