Our Client is one of the leader in developing and manufacturing of microscopes and instruments for optical products. This role will be a maternity cover for 4 months to process orders/PO and inventory management
Location: Jurong
Salary up to $3400
Order Fulfillment
- Own the entire order fulfillment process from order entry, delivery to revenue recognition
- Effectively engage with external customers and channel partners, factories, logistics partners and other cross functional departments to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met
- Respond to customer queries and manage customer returns, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
- Manage Customer Request Dates and Past Due Orders to meet On-Time Delivery targets
- Support weekly sales forecast and ensure commitments are met
- Ensure orders and invoicing are in compliance with company policies
Inventory Management
- Handle and receive all incoming goods, packing for local and overseas deliveries, assist in the annual inventory count
Import & Export
- Maintain shipping records, prepare packing/shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments
Others
- Comply and adhere to regulatory and company policies
Requirements
- Prefer Order Management experience
- Prefer Working knowledge of SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) module
