Come and join us as a Document Controller part of the project team working on a Water Treatment Plant extension project location in Changi/Tanah Merah.
The Admin and Document Controller oversee all administrative matters for the project; provides support in day-to-day functions related to document control maintenance; and provide administrative support to the project manager, project members, and client when required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating, organizing and managing project documents in the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
- Processing day-to-day incoming and outgoing correspondences to and from contractors and client.
- Ensure proper archiving of project document throughout the project period.
- Reporting daily attendance and consolidating monthly timesheet to client.
- Provide weekly documentation report to project members and client.
- Arranging flights and accommodation for project members as required.
- Responsible for maintaining the office environment, including office supplies and equipment.
- Manage administrative tasks for project members and client and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Effective communication with all stakeholders.
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience.
- Meticulous and a detail-oriented personality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is crucial.
- Experience in Sharepoint and Project Wise is an advantage.
- Willing to work in a construction environment.
