Job Description
- Prepare materials and supplies for production by staging them at appropriate workstation
- Ensure workstations are well maintained and kept clean at all times
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of manufacturing equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment on a regular basis
- Carefully inspect skincare and health supplement products for quality and accuracy before placing in the final product packaging.
- Prepare packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and protective materials, to meet packaging requirements.
- Ensure skincare and health supplement products are well packed into designated packaging following specific instructions and guidelines.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and productivity targets and GMP compliance
- Ensure product quality by conducting quality checks and inspections during production to identify and address any deviations or defects
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production counts, material usage, and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all employees
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, or improve quality
- Perform routine maintenance of office cleanliness
- Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management
