Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in person as well as online with various online delivery tools
- Deliver Microsoft official courses and SkillsFuture accredited courses and conduct required assessments
- Stay abreast with latest Microsoft technologies and certifications
- Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery
- Develop, update and deliver customized and new courses/content
- Present at marketing events
- Stay current with mandated certifications
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (or equivalent-negotiable)
- (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full) or (ACLP) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance preferred
- Certifications in relevant subject areas such as Microsoft, CompTIA and others
- At least 5 years of working experience in the IT field
- Technical skills preferred: Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Cloud or Security Technology
- Strong public presentation and communication skills and a high standard of documentation
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate and read Chinese will be desirable
- Can do/will do attitude
